The rules of the house — plain terms, plainly printed, governing every engagement with My Geeks LLC.
My Geeks LLC provides web development and designing, SEO/SMO services, software development, iOS and Android app designing, digital marketing, and business management services at the prices published on this website. An engagement begins when we confirm your order by email or telephone and payment terms are agreed.
All prices are listed in United States Dollars and are as printed on our rate cards. One-time services are payable upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Monthly services (SEO/SMO and digital marketing) are billed monthly in advance and may be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Advertising spend paid to Google or social media platforms is separate from our service fee unless stated otherwise in writing.
You agree to provide accurate information, timely access to any systems, accounts or content required for the work, and prompt payment as agreed. You confirm that you are authorised to grant such access and that any content supplied to us is lawfully held and does not infringe the rights of others.
Upon full payment, deliverables created specifically for you (website designs, software, and marketing materials) become your property. My Geeks LLC retains the right to display non-confidential work in its portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County, New York. Questions about these terms may be directed to contact@my-geeks.com or (832) 562-3037.
