Your information is handled with the discretion of an old New York house — collected sparingly, guarded closely, and never sold.
When you engage My Geeks LLC for services, we collect only the information necessary to perform the work: your name, contact details (email address and telephone number), and any technical details required to deliver web development, digital marketing, or business management services.
Your information is used to provide and bill for our services, to communicate with you about your engagements, and to honour any ongoing support arrangements. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party. Information may be shared with service providers only where strictly necessary to deliver the service you requested (for example, domain registration or advertising platforms on your behalf).
Client information is stored securely and accessed only by those who need it to perform the work. Access to any systems, accounts or advertising platforms you entrust to us is used solely for the agreed engagement, and credentials are returned or revoked when the engagement ends.
We retain client records only as long as necessary to provide services and meet legal or accounting obligations. Upon written request to contact@my-geeks.com, we will delete your personal information from our active records, subject to any retention required by law.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by writing to contact@my-geeks.com or calling (832) 562-3037. We will respond to all such requests promptly and in plain English.
This policy may be updated from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
