How an engagement works
Six steps, the same for every project. You know what happens next at every stage, and nothing is built or billed without your written agreement.

Enquiry
You contact us by form, email or telephone and tell us what you need. We reply within the expected response time stated on our Contact page.

Discovery Call
A short conversation to understand your business, goals, timeline and budget range, so we can scope the work accurately.
- 03
Written Quotation
You receive a written quote describing the scope, deliverables, exclusions, delivery timeframe, payment terms and the applicable policies.
- 04
Agreement & Deposit
Once you accept the quote in writing and any agreed deposit is paid, the project is scheduled and work begins.
- 05
Delivery & Revisions
Work is delivered in agreed stages. You review each stage and request revisions within the scope set out in the quotation.
- 06
Handover & Support
Final deliverables are handed over on receipt of the balance. Ongoing maintenance or monthly services continue as agreed.
Expected response to a new enquiry: within 5 hours during business hours (Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 18:00 CST).
Working together
What to expect along the way
Communication
Progress is reported in plain English at the intervals stated in your quotation — by email, telephone or video call. You always have a named point of contact.
Revisions
Each quotation states the number of revision rounds included at each stage. Requests outside the agreed scope are quoted separately before the work is done.
Delivery
Deliverables are provided digitally. Websites are deployed to hosting in your name; documents and plans are delivered as editable files you own.
Changes & cancellation
Either party may raise a change in scope at any time. Cancellation terms are set out in the quotation and in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
